NFT Outlook 2025

  • I used to be very interested in NFTs, but I haven't heard much about them lately. It seems like the hype has died down and no one is seriously considering them as an investment anymore. I wonder if anyone is still following the topic?

  • @hill climb racing Yeah, it does feel like the hype has died down a bit, doesn’t it? NFTs definitely had a massive surge a couple of years ago, but now it seems like the conversation has quieted. I think a lot of people got caught up in the "quick profit" mindset and were disappointed when things didn’t pan out long-term. That being said, there are still some people and communities that are super invested in NFTs, especially in the art and gaming spaces. But now, I think the focus has shifted more toward utility—like integrating NFTs into actual use cases or finding ways to give them long-term value beyond just being a collectible. It’s definitely less mainstream right now, but it’s not dead. It’s just evolving.

  • @ That's Not My Neighbor I also feel like the NFT craze has died down quite a bit, but I'm curious if there are still any communities that continue to invest or apply this technology more practically? Have you been following any NFT projects lately?

  • NFTs may not be making headlines like before, but they’re still evolving, especially in gaming, digital art, and real-world asset tokenization. While speculative hype has cooled, some projects are focusing on long-term utility. Monkey Mart Game
