Just got back from a nightmare trip. Booked everything in advance, showed up at the gate on time, only to be told they gave my seat to someone else. Didn’t get a clear explanation, just a “sorry, flight’s full.” They put me on another flight hours later. Is there any way to fight back and get compensated properly for the inconvenience and delay?

Being bumped from a flight like that can be super frustrating, especially when it’s not your fault. The good news? EU regulations have your back in these cases. You might be eligible for compensation depending on how long the delay was and where you were flying to/from. Personally, I went through flightrefunder when it happened to me and they made it dead simple to file and win the claim. Totally worth it if you don’t want to battle the airline yourself.
