Hello, you are through to Dr Linda, a vet with 10 years of clinical experience.
I'm not sure what specific concerns you have but am happy to offer some general advice.
A cat is pregnant for about 63 days.
Most cats who are pregnant will give birth without issue and are good mothers. It is relatively uncommon for a cat to need a c-section and for her to reject her kittens.
We should ensure she has a safe place in the home like a nesting box in a quiet room where she can labour and care for the kittens. The temperature should be around 86 degrees in the first few weeks.
Mum should be de wormed with Panacur. Kittens can be de wormed when 2-3 weeks old.
It is a good idea to start looking for homes for the kittens now, ensuring you are happy with the person who will adopt each kitten.
While nursing, keep mum indoors to avoid a new pregnancy. Once nursing has stopped, she should be spayed.
You could get mum scanned now if you wish, to know how many kittens are there, but this is not something most cat owners do.
For most kittens, their first health check is at 9 weeks old when they have their first vaccine.
